WP3.5: Quality Management and Human Resources Management in Gas Engineering - PERSONAL QUALITY
The objectives
The most important problem in gas engineering is improvement of quality service. The one of common procedures, which guarantees the quality, is system ISO 9xxx. The proposed work package is a key of learning the whole Project as well as it should be integral and most advanced part of continuing vocational education in every European gas company. The use of modern educational techniques like mind mapping, invention of memory, brainstorm, educational psychology, relaxation, and other aspect of mental performance will be shown, discussed and implemented into every course of Project, as well as prototype short course of use of described technique will be prepared. The use of various form of E-Learning techniques, forum of experts, chats, streaming are planed to accelerate learning.

The role and the tasks of each partner involved
- P7: responsible for subtask
- P7: Prepare of program of dissemination for WP3.5
- P3,P4,P5,P6,P7,P8: Prepare input for task.
- P5: Responsible for total quality management. Internal quality iteration.
- P7: Responsible for technical preparing of course.
The overall duration
Total overall duration of task: 231 days.
The working methods and techniques
The selection of technical material concerned topics of course and conversion into multimedia material ready to publish in Internet, on CD etc.
The expected outcomes/results of the work package
The main outcome is prototype of multidisciplinary course.
Dissemination ways
Responsible P5: Preparing web server, forum of experts on web, CD's with announcements of course, folders and brochures, articles on topics at regional vocational conferences, workshops with outside gas experts, and articles in regional press.
