WP3.1: Developments in Production of Gas: course of integrated management of reservoir
THE AIMS
The modern attitude to the optimal development and natural gas reservoir exploitation assume process called "Integrated Reservoir Management". In this term are included various multidisciplinary aspects: seismic and well logging integration, geology model iteration, well testing interpretation, reservoir production simulation, completion of wells, gas gathering and processing, material balance analysis, water conning control etc.
The target of this work package (fig. 3.2) is:
- To learn and show how to manage various type of information, how to integrate various experts into one "RESERVOIR TEAM".
- To increase engineers' knowledge of other discipline aspects to allowing wide communication with specific geology, drilling and exploitation experts,
- To increase personal creativity
- To fully understand reservoir's physics by using an innovative technique
