WP1.3 Reporting
This subtask is related to the standard procedure required by European Commission and Leonardo da Vinci Program.
The coordinator will request frequent progress reports from the task managers, who in turn will have to obtain these from the various members of the task forces. Telephone, fax, electronic mail, the WWW, Internet conferencing, video conferencing and combinations of these will be widely used. The information that is produced and communicated in the project will be placed on the WWW according to a specified standard, allowing every partner to be properly informed of the projects progress and results. There will also be established an electronic commentary and communications channel making possible the easy contact between partners, providers and participants.
